Modern low maintenance, maximising view and sun was the clients simple brief and due to the building codes of the day we maximised the building envelope of the site. The intention of the landscape with pool was to reflect the light and outstanding view from the lower living room. The use of precast concrete promoted a fast construction program and fine finish.
