A complete new concept for New Zealand with fantastic potential for quality private community living. We provided a masterplan with architects design guidelines and built form guides. Our intent with Mr Bruce, the original developer was to use a landscaped village green concept and an understanding that buyers of a site will have the same architectural restrictions as their neighbours and thus avoiding an add hock development. Unfortunately the developer changed and only a small part of the masterplan followed the original guidelines.
