Privacy was a critical issue with this location as large frontage to street,  the client also wanted a home that was different from the neighbouring houses and to be achieved with a relatively low budget.

Walkers provided architecture, landscape and interior design, the client had a very good eye for the soft furnishings, making a very economic total build with great resale potential.

Built on budget and without delays in construction, simple concrete block, polished concrete floors and plywood were the main building materials.
