Godfrey Bach

An unusual brief as the client makes his way to this bach in his helicopter or yacht.  The site was only 830m2 at the limits of home and landing pad.  As use was mainly for holidays we elected to have a simple open plan theme with courtyard to give shelter from the sea breeze amplified by the marina birth frontage.  The brief also had to incorporate the future potential of a young couple living at the home.
